INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - NEWSLETTER SERVICE

1. Data controller

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been appointed, as the legal requirements are not met.

2. Data processed

To subscribe to the Newsletter service, the following are exclusively processed:

  • e-mail address;

  • possible name and surname (if provided).

3. Nature of the provision

Providing data for subscribing to the Newsletter service is optional.

Failure to provide or consent to processing for marketing purposes will exclusively result in the impossibility of receiving informative and promotional communications relating to ICE-KEY products and services, without any consequence on the purchase of the products or the use of the site.​

4. Purpose of the processing

Personal data are processed exclusively for:

  • the sending of informative and promotional communications relating to ICE-KEY products and services, using automated tools (email).

5. Legal basis of the processing

The processing is based on art. 6, par. 1, letter. a) GDPR – free, specific and revocable consent of the interested party.

Consent is optional and failure to provide it does not affect the purchase of the products.

6. Treatment methods

The processing takes place using IT and telematic tools, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the art. 32 GDPR.

The Newsletter service can be managed through technical platforms that act as Data Controllers pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.

7. Communication and dissemination of data

Personal data are not disclosed.

They may be communicated exclusively to subjects who provide technical and management services of the Newsletter platform, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, as well as to the competent authorities in the cases provided for by law.

8. Data retention

The data will be retained until the interested party revokes consent or until the Newsletter service is terminated.

The interested party can revoke consent at any time:

  • via the unsubscribe link if present in the communication;

  • writing to info@ice-key.it.

The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation itself.

9. Data Transfer

The data is processed mainly within the European Union.
Any transfers to third countries take place in compliance with the articles. 44 et seq. GDPR through adequate guarantees (e.g. adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses – SCC).

10. Rights of the interested party

The interested party can exercise the rights provided for by the articles at any time. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition, portability), writing to info@ice-key.it.

It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data pursuant to art. 77 GDPR.
